Lisa Parker - Founder / Executive Director

Lisa has worked in the Human Services and Behavioral Health Field for more than 30 years and has specialized experience in developing, implementing, analyzing, and managing public health programs, policies, and processes to meet set missions, goals, and objectives. Lisa has a Proven track record of providing guidance and support to organizations and individuals on various public health issues, such as behavioral health, sexually transmitted infections, substance use, mental health, and trauma. Lisa is recognized locally and nationally as a dynamic speaker, behavioral health intervention master trainer, mental health advocate, and capacity-building assistance provider for minority and underserved populations and communities. Lisa has a strong ability to analyze complex health data and provide evidence-based recommendations to decision-makers. Commended by senior management for relentless work ethic and sound professionalism.

Cicely Franklin - Executive Liaison - Mental Health Coach and Advocate 

Cicely is a charismatic Human Services Practitioner and community engagement specialist. As a human service mental health trainer, Cicely plays a vital role in educating and training individuals, often within substance treatment, transitional living, and community-based programs on various aspects of mental health, harm reduction, and opioid overdose awareness. Her work is crucial in promoting mental health awareness, understanding, and skills among professionals who may work directly with individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and other behavioral health challenges, as well as in broader community settings. Cicely contributes significantly to the promotion of mental health awareness, the destigmatization of mental health and substance use issues, and the need for the development of supportive environments for individuals impacted by those issues. Her work and commitment to the community help ensure that professionals and community members are better equipped to respond to the mental health and substance use-related issues impacting our city.

  • Green Heart University Mental Health Coaching and Advocacy Academy

    The World Needs You Now! Green Heart University (GHU) in Collaboration with Epiphany Coaching and Training Academy is offering an online professional certification course to bring radical awareness to the importance of Mental Health. During this 8-week course, you will develop the knowledge and tools to become a Certified Mental Health Coach and Advocate, have an impact on the community, develop a
    new stream of income, and advocate for others.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Developing Affirming Spaces for Everyone

    The primary goals of the Diversity and Inclusion training programs is to raise awareness, promote
    understanding, and cultivate environments that value and respect individual differences. The training covers a range of topics related to diversity, inclusion, unconscious bias, and cultural understanding.

  • Effective Community Engagement: Who Are You Serving

    Effective community engagement training aims to empower individuals and organizations with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to meaningfully connect and collaborate with the community.
